Delicious food! Great service! Highly recommend! I ate the Chicken Thai basil and veggie egg rolls! I love this place and will make sure to stop in anytime my wife and I are in the area! (it's a two hour drive for us and worth it!)

With nearly the sidewalks rolled up for the season, we had a tough time finding anything besides pizza. We saw the decent reviews on yelp for this place and decided to try it. At first, we were worried as there was one car parked out front but it was a weekday. We were pleasantly surprised and the food was good.

Really good Thai! Great service! Thanks to yelp for validating the place before we actually went in. Had the fresh spring rolls, choo chee and drunken noodle. All excellent.

I was extremely surprised to find legitimate Thai food in a town like OOB. It's excellent. The place is unique and the service is great as well. The only bad thing is that the portions for the noodles are too small.

Got a take out "red curry chicken" meal at Bua while on vacation in Maine for a week. I have to admit that even though the place was packed, I was able to walk-in and get a meal to go in only about 15 minutes, which is nice. I am particular about my Thai and my meal from Bua was very good. The portion was large, with plenty of chicken and vegetables and the flavor was very good. If I were local I would visit regularly! My only complaint (it's minor), was that they didn't ask about spice level. As ordered, it was very good (medium), but I would have liked it hotter.

GOOD: Great food, good prices and fast service. I had the Tom Khar Gai (soup) and a duck dish. Very good. BAD: Not much to say here. The only thing that I could say would be to have more of an open air siting area. OVERALL: Really good food, try this place out.

Camping in OOB and reached my fill of lobstah...Thai it is. Yelped/Trip Advised the local eateries and came upon this restaurant. Ordered Pad Thai Spicy, Pork Dumplings, Fresh Spring Rolls, and Bua Thai Rolls. 1) Pad Thai- was good! Not greasy...tasted fresh. Good spice, not over done. A fairly normal Pad Thai you'll see consistently in New England. Not ground breaking. I ate the hell out of it...and then complained I ate too much. 2) Pork Dumplings- Enjoyed these. Had them steamed. Small but flavorful. You get 8 for 4.95. Boom. 3) Fresh Spring Rolls- Very Fresh! Crisp. I enjoyed them but wasn't ready to throw out my "best ever" tag. Kind of bland... 4) Bua Thai Rolls- These little fried chicken/veg Thai rolls where very good. I would order again. Overall, I enjoyed my dinner very much. But I have had more exciting Thai food before. It was solid Thai. Of course, I ordered the basics and I wasn't very adventurous! I would order again for sure.

On our last night in Maine, we were so full of lobster, we needed a break before we made ourselves sick. Rather than be logical and made a home cooked healthy meal, we decidedon Thai take out. I was worried we were about to wreck our stomachs for the long drive home...but, fortunately, Bua Thai was good to us and we made it home with no issues :) We ordered some basic takeout - pad thai, curry, sticky rice. Found the sticky rice to be very dry, curry to be a bit too spicy but I realized they never really asked me what temperature I wanted, so I can't complain. I should have known to say something (husband doesn't like spicy). Pad thai was good, basic. Nothing crazy. Loved the chicken dumplings - again, nothing amazing but at the same time, when in a touristy town like OOB, you expect to get mediocre food. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed the food - ate all of it. No leftovers...so it must have been good! If we return to OOB, I would not hesitate to go again. We did take out so I can't comment too much on the inside of the restaurant - the woman on the phone and the cashier who helped us were both very nice.

Very good! We arrived in Ocean Park and needed to have dinner. I felt like vegetables and noodles for dinner and this place was highly recommended. A menu was provided and we called the order in. (Thursday about 9:00pm.) they said it would be 15 minutes to come pick up. I had the cashew nut stir fry over Thai rice noodle, also ordered for our group was steamed chicken dumplings, vegetable egg rolls, asparagus shrimp/chicken, spicy fried rice and a salmon dish. All were excellent and were ready for pick up when we arrived. Would certainly go again the next time we are in town. Fresh dishes and reasonable price for the portions you get and location.

After a 2 hour drive up to OOB to spend the weekend with my family, I got there after everyone had already eaten dinner, and there wasn't really anything left for me, so I called the first Thai place I found on Yelp, Bua Thai. I couldn't find a website or a menu online after a couple of minutes, so I just called and had to ask if they had the certain things I usually get when I eat Thai food, a little awkward I guess. They told me 25 minutes to be delivered to our hotel. After 45 minutes, I gave them a call. They said, 15 more minutes. I called again 30 minutes later, and they said they were really busy. It took an hour and a half for them to deliver my food! Kind of ridiculous. Tom kha soup was good, but not the best I had. Spring rolls were really greasy. Pad thai was good, but also not the best I had. Honestly, not worth the wait.

Decided to change the pace a bit since we've had seafood every day on our tour of Maine. Saw this establishment on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Not much to look at, inside is small but tastefully decorated and clean. Might be able to seat 20 people. The waitress was attentive and knew the menu. Started with a lemon grass shrimp soup, Spring rolls and tempura soft shell crab. The soup was deceptively good, the crab was fair, the Spring rolls were fabulous. Stayed on the safe route and had chicken pad Thai and crispy chicken pad Thai. Again, extremely good and well prepared. The service was awesome, the kitchen quick and fresh. A true gem in a sea of tourist traps. Might have to hit it again before we leave.

I went out to lunch with my sisters and we all loved the food! We had never been there before but with not many Thai restaurants in OOB, we wanted to check it out. I would highly recommend the Thai iced tea too...a sweet and refreshing iced tea.

This is the best thai food I have ever had! I try to go there a few times each season I am in OOB. My favorites are the fried tofu, chicken pad thai and the massaman curry. This place in better then any Thai I'ved had in MA.

I'm not a Thai person at all but when my girl mentions this place I do not hesitate to say "lets go" Hidden Gem. Best meals we have tried so far is the spicy Pad Thai, the best spring rolls I have ever had, oh and the chicken satay is enormous, no other restaurant has larger portions, Beats any of the Thai restaurants back home too. Who'd of thought a great Thai food restaurant in a resort beach town. Ill be back!

My boss swears by this place, but I'm partial to Taste of Thai Orchard in downtown OOB. First time I got food here, there was a hair in my pad thai. So dissapointed.

It's probably the best Thai restaurant in Old Orchard Beach, but in a big city it would be considered "OK." We might have gotten a newbie waitress, because she didn't seem very familiar with what the specials were, and she ignored or forgot my request for a glass of water ... twice.
